Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. All payments are processed via PayPal. You can safely pay
for your order with your credit card or PayPal balance. If you
want to pay with a credit card but don't have a PayPal account,
that's fine! A PayPal account is not required to process credit
card payments.
Q. When and how will my digital order be delivered?
A. Your digital files will be delivered directly
to your email inbox within 24 after placing your order. We will send
them to the same email you used when you placed your order.
Q. What format will my digital ordered be delivered as?
A. Our digis are emailed as 600 DPI PNG files,
with the line art in a separate (transparent) layer. If you have any
issue opening your file, we recommend you try Adobe Photoshop, and if you
don't have it, try downloading
Gimp,
a similar software perfect for working with layers that is open
source and completely free.
Q. Help! I can't open my digital files!
Sometimes, files can get corrupted on the way. It's VERY rare
but not unheard of. If this happened to you, or if you have any
issues opening your digital file,
email us and we will be very glad to help you out and resend the
file if necessary.
There is a known issue when trying to open PNG transparent files
on Irfanview. The default window background color
on Irfanview is black. Because our files are black
line art over a transparent background, when viewed on
Irfanview all you see is black window. They should still
print properly, but if you experience this problem, try the
following fix:
- Click to the "Options" menu.
- Click on "Properties/Settings" at the very top.
- Click on the "Viewing" tab (see image below.)
- Make sure the "Show PNG alpha/transparent color" option is
unchecked.
- Also, make sure that the Main Window Color is set to white.

of any kind when it comes to our digital stamps.
