We are an Angel Company. This means that you can use our designs to sell your handmade cards and other crafts, with some reservations.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE BUYING ONLY AN INDIVIDUAL USER LICENSE FOR EACH DIGITAL STAMP!*

What does this mean? It means only YOU can use this digi(s) and no one else in your household, nor any people in your challenge blog or design team. The license is per person. SHARING IS NOT OK!

*NOTE: The only  exception to this is, if you have little kids at home, YES, you may print out the digis for them to color, YES, they may make cards with them. That is the only exception; everyone else needs to buy their own license. When in doubt, please always EMAIL US AND ASK first.

Below is a list of what you may and may not do with our stamps:

• You CAN Sell any and all creations that are HANDMADE, HAND-STAMPED by you.

•  The license applies ONLY to you. Sharing our digital files with anyone (even people in your household) is prohibited. DO NOT SHARE our digital files, not even if you received it as a freebie in one of our promotions.

•  This license is NON-TRANSFERABLE. This means that you may NOT give the digi you bought to someone else (except in  the case in which you may use your spouse's card to make your purchase.) If you want to make a gift of a digital stamp to someone else, let us know BEFORE placing your order so that we may deliver the file to the email address of your choice.

•  You CAN flip our digital images and merge them with other TSB images. While we prefer that they not be merged with digital stamps by other companies, you may do it, provided that you include a note somewhere stating which images are TSB digis.

•  DO NOT scan a stamped image of any of our rubber stamps for digital use.

•  Digital scrapbooking is okay for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Do NOT sell our designs as part of your digital scrapbooking kits.

•  NO mass production/photocopying of any kind is allowed. Remember that items must be hand-made.

•  DO NOT make our digital designs into rubber stamps, or sell them as-is. They must be part of a hand-crafted creation.

•  DO NOT redistribute our digital designs in any form, either printed or as a download. The license you receive when you purchase a digital stamp applies only to one person: you. Do NOT share the file with someone else, not even if you received it as a freebie in one of our promotions.

•  Hand-transfers such as iron-ons are okay. Using a service such as Cafepress to mass-print our designs on t-shirts, etc. is NOT allowed.

•  Copyright of all designs always remains the property of Marina Neira/The Stamping Bazaar.
